Augmented Reality is a reality at Toybox

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to work for McDonald Jones Homes and Auggd on a really cool Augmented Reality project involving the Newcastle Knights.

Pictured below: Toybox’s Aaron Haberfield and Auggd’s Paul Koppas.

The project required our team to capture ultra high resolution footage on green screen that is then integrated through Auggd’s proprietary software to deliver an highly engaging experience for fans at the stadium prior to the Knights home game.

Augmented Reality is a relatively new technology that superimposes a computer-generated image or in our case live action footage on a user’s view of the real world, thus providing a composite view. In essence allowing fans to engage with their footy heroes.

If you would like to explore this exciting new opportunity for your business, give us a call and lets see whats possible.
